I have a 1991 Yamaha Waverunner 3 that fires initially when I start it but then dies. How do I fix this proble? - yamaha waverunner accessories

The Waverunner recently had problems at idle, when I was out and turn off the gas when they open at least a little. I have tried to work on it yesterday, and start trying after a while, maybe even stopped to shoot.
