Exercise Ball Workouts How Do You Know What Size Exercise Ball Is Right For You?

How do you know what size exercise ball is right for you? - exercise ball workouts

I would like an exercise ball exercises to strengthen the foundations. There are three sizes. I'm kind of ordinary people. How do I get the ball size? Why the different sizes?

I was told that if the ball is sitting on the knees should be level with your hips I hope this helps

Balls are harder to balance and provide a little more difficult exercises. It must be assured only when you sit / lay on your feet flat on the Gound
