Feline hemorrhoids and constipation? - feline hemorrhoids

My cat has always been a little too late, we left him nearly to use the litter box, and have become accustomed to clean every day. Although these days there was no own Fudgie. We thought we had finally decided to use the litter'm worried, but then found piles on the anus, and now I am that it can constipation because there nothing to be cleaned. We feed them half a can and Friskies Cat wetfood Deli dryfood daily, and water is always available and fresh.

What could have caused this?

Is it really necessary to put to the vet?

I had a dog with internal and external growth in / on the year .. she had to be removed.

Pls. leads to a veterinarian for a thorough and accurate diagnosis.
