What is the difference between a univeristy system and a state university system? - system
Many states have a university system and the State University System. For example, the University of California and California State University. University of North Carolina and North Carolina State. UO and OSU.
I understand there are two different systems. But what distinguishes the two? Is there a factor that of others, distinguishes easily managed in different countries? Although the University of [State], the system is generally larger, which is not always the case. Not all of the University of [State] systems have a common point, all systems of the State University have in common?
